Rules

1. Contest period is from 15 September 2007 to 30 November 2007
2. Contestants must be Maxis or Hotlink user and a Pacmee member (www.pacmee.com)
3. To follow your favourite contestant, sms ON <username> to 22700. Example, ON XUANXUAN
4. For each contestant that you follow, you will be charged RM0.25 per month
5. The winning contestant will be determined by having the highest number of followers
6. By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by the Rules and the decisions of the judges which are final
7. A winners list will be available at http://www.pacmee.com/contest/winners commencing on approximately 10 November 2007 for approximately (6) six weeks
8. All prizes will be awarded
9. This Contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
10. In the event of non-compliance by the winner with the Rules of this Contest, an alternative winner may be awarded the respective prize
